Honey Cashew Cookie Bars

Crunchy cashews alongside the honey caramel filling on top of a shortbread base - this bar is ideally suited for those that love honey and nuts together as opposed to the more traditional bar which can be heavily loaded with chocolate.  Although the recipe does call for cashews, like all of the other recipes on Rick's Kitchen, they can be customized according to your taste and personal preferences including if you want a chocolate drizzle on top.
