  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F with the rack placed in the middle position

  2. Remove the two packs of dough from the freezer and place on a plate for approximately 60-90 minutes or when between slightly chilled and room temperature.

  3. When both packs of the dough have fully thawed, line a 8"x8" glass Pyrex baking dish with parchment paper.

  4. Unwrap the brownie dough and spread evenly in the baking dish.

  5. Unwrap the chocolate chip cookie dough and crumble over top of the brownie dough.  Smooth out the chocolate chip cookie dough to cover as much of the brownie dough as possible.

  6. Once the oven has come to temperature, place the Pyrex baking dish in the over and bake for a total of 24-28 minutes.

  7. Depending on the age and the dependability of your oven, you may want to rotate the Pyrex dish 180° in case there are hotspots in the oven.

  8. When the baking has completed, place the Pyrex dish on top of the oven and stick a toothpick in 2 or 3 separate locations. If there is any clumps of dough on the toothpick after it's been withdrawn, then bake for another 2 or 3 minutes and remove and test with a toothpick again.

  9. Once baking is completed, leave on a cooling rack for 60-90 minutes and when the Pyrex dish is cool enough, store in the refrigerator for another 60 minutes to firm up.
